Have you thought about gift list registries for your wedding?
The first thing you need to think about is do you want gifts, or cash? Or do you want a combination of both?

Gift lists are always a good idea if you are wanting gifts. Otherwise, you could end up with a lot of toasted and just one too many kettles. At least with a registry, you can make sure that you get the things that you need, and only one of them.
Many gifts lists allow you to combine a list of gifts, subscriptions, honeymoon and home improvement funds - the best of both worlds.
Here are my three favourite options.
Prezola
Prezola claims to be the UK's favourite wedding gift list and the choice available is pretty mind-blowing. From splurge to saver options, there are gifts at all price ranges so your guests are spoilt for choice whatever their budget.
Prezola also gives you the option to swap gifts if you change your mind. After your wedding, once you finalise your list, you hit confirm and the gifts should arrive with you in six short weeks (as Prezola don't store or buy the gifts until you confirm them - you get a lot more flexibility). If you get something bought for you on your gift list that you definitely, 100% want, confirm that one item as soon as possible so that it gets locked in and Prezola will order and store it until your list is finalised. This takes away the risk that your item may be discontinued by the supplier or become out of stock.
The Wedding Shop
The Wedding Shop claims to be the 'most popular' gift list option in the UK and again is super flexible and allows a number of different options of gifts and money fund to be added.
The Wedding Shop also offer to store your wedding gifts for you for up to six months should you not quite be ready for them after your wedding - including two free deliveries.
John Lewis
The home of wedding gift lists pre-internet, John Lewis is still offering 'wish lists' for any occasion, including weddings. It is really easy to set-up online or in-store if you want the physical experience that you see in all of the American rom-coms. You can do this super easily through the John Lewis app - by scanning barcodes in store you will add items to your list. If you want to feel products and see what they look like in real life, then this option is for you!
